JustinFreres presents original software and independent course examples. These independent examples are not official vendor courses and do not imply sponsorship, authorization or endorsement by the companies named below.

Third-party names

• CompTIA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA PenTest+, CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA Cloud+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA a+ Network and CompTIA a+ Cyber are trademarks of CompTIA. Certification and foundation-course names identify external learning programs. Certifications are awarded only by the certification provider.
• NETLAB+® is a registered trademark of Network Development Group, Inc. Lab-library titles identify external resources; access and assignment require the appropriate license and instructor approval.
• Microsoft, Access, Azure, Dynamics, Excel, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visual Studio, Windows, Windows Server and Word are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.
• Nintex, K2 and related product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of Nintex and its affiliates. Historical K2 Five references describe experience with the product now called Nintex Automation K2.
• Cengage, MindTap and MeasureUp are third-party names used to identify textbooks, learning platforms and practice resources. Rights in their names and materials remain with their respective owners. Textbook authors retain their applicable rights.
• Other third-party company, certification, software and product names belong to their respective owners. A reference to a technology does not transfer trademark, software or content rights.

JustinFreres: formation and registration status

JUSTINFRERES™ identifies the owner’s brand. The ™ symbol expresses an unregistered trademark claim; it does not mean a federal application has been filed or a registration issued. JustinFreres LLC is a proposed Missouri entity. LLC formation and trademark registration are planned but have not been filed; no filing or registration number has been issued through this project.

Original work and third-party rights

JustinFreres branding, original applications, games, handouts and example-course content are distinct from the third-party products they discuss. No registered-trademark status is claimed here for JustinFreres LLC, Freres Courses, Balloon Math Mania, 52, Tidal Dominion, Orbit Dash or Cosmic Desk Mayhem. Attribution does not register a mark or grant a trademark license. Original human-authored code and teaching content may be subject to copyright; trademark claims concern brand identifiers, not every idea, course topic or software function. Third-party code, images, fonts, publisher materials and other components remain subject to their owners’ rights and licenses. This notice is an attribution review, not an exhaustive clearance search or proof of ownership of every asset.

Books, resources and affiliation

Book titles and ISBNs identify the required editions. Publisher slides, textbook projects, vendor practice tests, logos and external labs are not republished or licensed merely by listing them. Use licensed resources through their providers. No vendor logo is used as the branding of these independent course examples.
